Ted Moon formed Pathfinder Interactive in 2008 based on his vast pioneering experience in digital marketing.  Pathfinder Interactive’s current and past clients include Identity Guard, Constellation Energy, Clearwire, United Online’s NetZero, Amtrak, X+1, Kaleidoscope Sports & Entertainment, Network for Good, Mars Pet Foods, and the U.S. Dept. of Labor, among others.   As part of a partnership with other, creative-focused agencies, Pathfinder has also worked for clients such as AARP and pharmaceutical brands including  Biogen, Sunovion, Astellas, Teva, and Vanda, among others.

 

Ted his over 15 years of experience in digital marketing and has overseen multimillion-dollar online media budgets for Nextel, Sprint Nextel, and Capital One. He gained financial services experience with CapitalOne as Director of Online Media where he led the corporate level development and implementation of digital media strategy.

 

Prior to joining Capital One, Ted gained nine years of online marketing experience at Nextel (and later Sprint Nextel) as Director of Digital Marketing.  During his tenure at Sprint Nextel, Ted built the digital marketing program from the ground up, starting as a $100k experiment in 1999 to one of the nation’s largest (over $100 million in digital media budget) and most innovative programs by 2008. In growing this business, he managed all forms of digital marketing, ranging from the traditional online display, paid search, and emerging media. Ted's programs drove new customer acquisition, brand awareness, and consideration, as well as loyalty/retention to the current customer base.  His many successes include the award-winning In the Motherhood webisode series, as well as strategic offline/online integrations with major sports and entertainment partnerships that include the NFL, NASCAR, and top-rated prime-time television shows. In addition, Ted managed acquisition direct mail, the discipline which originally brought him to Nextel.  Prior to Sprint Nextel, Ted spent three years at MCI working in direct marketing and loyalty-based marketing partnerships, including the successful airline partnership program with Southwest Airlines and US Airways. 

Ted, a Washington, DC-area native, began his direct response advertising career at the New York office of Ogilvy & Mather Direct (now OgilvyOne) working on the AT&T and IBM accounts. He later became

a product manager for Newbridge Communications, a continuities and book club publisher, and marketer.   He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan where he was co-captain of the men’s lacrosse team and holds an MBA in marketing from the University of Notre Dame.

As Senior Vice President of Marketing for Skydance Media, Bladimiar Norman oversees and executes the digital marketing campaigns for a diverse portfolio of tent pole feature films and award winning television series, with the goal of expanding Skydance Media’s online presence and brand loyalty among its fan base. Together with Paramount, Norman most recently collaborated on the digital marketing campaigns for Skydance’s 2015 film slate of Terminator Genesis and Mission Impossible – Rogue Nation. He also lead the creation of the “Experience Skydance” online platform, which immerses users into the world of Skydance’s franchises like never before in the first of its kind browsers based 3D world.

Serin brings a unique perspective having worked as both a client and as an advertising agency representative. Currently the SVP of Revenue & Brand Partnerships at Above Average with nearly a decade of experience in the Digital Media industry, Douglas Bandes is known as a pioneering industry expert and dealmaker.  As a key leader for start-ups such as Broadband Enterprises (now Specific Media), IFILM (now Viacom), and Digital Broadcasting Group, as well as traditional media companies such as COX Communication and KRON-TV/Young Broadcasting, Mr. Bandes trail-blazed the digital video market place—evangelizing integrated (traditional and digital) brand strategies and intricate cross-platform brand executions.
