McDonald has 33+ years of experience as a consultant, marketing executive and thought leader at companies including Arthur Andersen, USWeb/CKS, EmailLabs, Lyris, Silverpop and IBM.
Pierre Garrigues is a Senior Director of Research at Oath. He leads a team of scientists and engineers focused on machine learning and artificial intelligence, with primary applications in computer vision and natural language processing. His work has been deployed in Yahoo products such as Flickr, Tumblr, or Yahoo Mail. Prior to Yahoo he co-founded IQ Engines, a startup that developed image recognition APIs and was acquired by Yahoo in 2013. He received an engineering degree from Ecole Polytechnique in France in 2003, and a Ph.D. from the University of California at Berkeley in 2009.
Steve Moore is the Vice President of West Coast Advertising Sales at AdTheorent, a machine learning-powered predictive advertising company that offers technologies and solutions for intelligent predictive audience targeting.
In this role, Steve is responsible for the overall West Coast sales strategy direction, West Coast ad revenue and sales executive staffing across 4 offices. Steve guides and mentors the activity of 9 sales professionals and has scaled revenue 400% in four years.
Before joining AdTheorent, Steve held sales leadership positions at Live Nation, SAY Media, MOG Music and Business Week, and was a salesperson at Golf Magazine for 10-years. Prior to arriving on the sales side, Steve spent eight years on the ad agency side, supervising Tier 2 business in support of Audi, Volkswagen and Buick.
Steve is a graduate of Indiana University and lives in Woodland Hills, CA. with his wife of 25 years and their two girls.
